The result of all the expertise, right resources and determination focused on TMD, allowed us to develop Mediaflex – a flexible, scalable, simple and easy to integrate MAM system. Mediaflex allows users to manage the existing legacy of linear based physical media, such as film and tape, as well as the plethora of modern digital formats, both born digital and digital reformatted, and equally importantly provide a smooth and manageable transition between them.

A seasoned leader across technology, telecoms, and media, Sachie brings over 26 years of industry experience to his role as CEO of TMD, where he shapes the company’s vision and direction. His background in building global alliances and leading cross-functional teams gives him a distinctive perspective on the opportunities ahead for the industry. He is driven by a belief that the right technology, delivered well, can transform how media organisations operate and grow.
HEAD OF ENGINEERING
As the Head of Engineering at TMD, James brings a wealth of experience to the table. Starting his journey at TMD as a support engineer after graduating from Brunel University, James has spent the last 15 years advancing through various departments and working with diverse clientele. His role involves defining and supervising the development of Mediaflex-UMS, ensuring that the product aligns with the company's objectives.
HEAD OF SALES
With over 25 years of experience in Telecom & Media, Eduardo leads our Sales team at TMD. His expertise and deep industry knowledge enable him to cultivate lasting and mutually beneficial relationships with partners, customers, and end users. Eduardo's dedication drives our sales efforts to provide real value to our clients.
SOLUTION ARCHITECT
With over 17 years at TransMedia Dynamics, Daniel brings deep technical expertise in Media Asset Management and Mediaflex. Having progressed through a series of roles into Solution Architect, he specialises in designing end-to-end system architectures, leading technical discovery sessions, and delivering solutions aligned with client needs and industry best practices. Daniel plays a key role in technical pre-sales and acts as a technical lead at major industry events.
