What We Do
TransMedia Dynamics (TMD) simplifies how organizations manage digital and physical media assets. We have developed and delivered products, solutions and associated services to the global media, broadcast, collections management, government and archive industries since 1998. In today’s media-driven world, the need has never been greater for effective management of media content throughout every stage of its life cycle, from creation to consumption, through delivery and archive, while ensuring efficient re-purpose and reuse at every opportunity.

The result of all the expertise, right resources and determination focused on TMD, allowed us to develop Mediaflex – a flexible, scalable, simple and easy to integrate MAM system. Mediaflex allows users to manage the existing legacy of linear based physical media, such as film and tape, as well as the plethora of modern digital formats, both born digital and digital reformatted, and equally importantly provide a smooth and manageable transition between them.

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Gary oversees all operational functions at TMD, ranging from sales and professional services to product development, marketing, and customer support. His dedication lies in ensuring that TMD delivers exceptional value to both current and future clients through cutting-edge solutions and services. With over 25 years of experience in the software industry, Gary has led various product, services, and support teams, most recently at Incognito Software. He holds an Executive MBA from the University of Ottawa.
HEAD OF ENGINEERING
As the Head of Engineering at TMD, James brings a wealth of experience to the table. Starting his journey at TMD as a support engineer after graduating from Brunel University, James has spent the last 15 years advancing through various departments and working with diverse clientele. His role involves defining and supervising the development of Mediaflex-UMS, ensuring that the product aligns with the company's objectives.
HEAD OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
Olly serves as the Head of Professional Services at TMD with a remarkable 16-year tenure in the broadcast industry. His expertise evolved into MAM specialization following roles in Operations and Engineering. Leading all project implementations at TMD, Olly oversees new installations, upgrades, and enhancements. Together with a dedicated team of project engineers, he navigates projects to successful completion, meeting and exceeding client expectations.
HEAD OF MAINTENANCE
& MANAGED SERVICES
As the Head of Maintenance & Managed Services at TMD, Doug brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the team, with over 15 years of IT and Support knowledge under his belt. Starting his career in the NHS, Doug has continually expanded his skills and embraced new technologies, successfully enhancing Support functions across various companies.
HEAD OF SALES
With over 25 years of experience in Telecom & Media, Eduardo leads our Sales team at TMD. His expertise and deep industry knowledge enable him to cultivate lasting and mutually beneficial relationships with partners, customers, and end users. Eduardo's dedication drives our sales efforts to provide real value to our clients.
HEAD OF FINANCE
Azmat is at the helm of TMD's global finance operations, bringing with him 9 years of extensive financial expertise. His recent roles have honed his skills in financial controlling, business partnership, and post-acquisition integration, particularly within the technology and financial services industries. Prior to his tenure at TMD, Azmat served as the Financial Controller at Lifecycle Software, a subsidiary of Lumine. He kickstarted his career at BNP Paribas, where he earned his chartered certified accountant (ACCA) qualification and a BSc (Hons) in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brooks University.
